The a cappella group from San Jaun, PR claimed the show's grand prize of $100,000 and an Epic Records/Sony Music recording contract based on home viewer votes cast following last Wednesday night's penultimate broadcast.
"This means a brand new life for all of us," said Nota member David Lopez.
"We want to thank everybody for all your support. If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't be here. So thank you so much for this opportunity and we look forward to bringing you more music and joy to your hearts."
Nota defeated Beelzebubs, an a cappella group from Tufts University near Boston, MA that finished second.

Voices of Lee, from Cleveland, TN, finished in third.
"We just want to say thank you to Lee University, thank you to all of our families and all of our friends, to NBC and Sony for letting us have this incredible opportunity," said Voices of Lee member Candace Whittington.
"We've had a great time with all of the groups and everyone's wonderful."
The Sing-Off premiered last Monday night and aired three consecutive nights before last night's live finale broadcast.
