The Bachelorette first-season star said she plans on undergoing "permanent sterilization" following the upcoming birth of her second child, OK! Weekly reported Friday.

The couple is expecting a daughter next month and already has a son -- Maxwell Alston -- who was born in July 2007.

"I just feel lucky that I'll have one of each. As long as she's healthy, I'm going to have a permanent sterilization procedure done [a few months after the birth]," Sutter told OK!.  "God forbid if she is unhealthy or we lose her, then I would try for another one."

In addition, Sutter continued to play coy about the name she and Ryan have selected for the upcoming arrival.

"We have one in mind, but we're keeping it private until she arrives!" she told OK!.

Unlike Sutter's first pregnancy, which included her being diagnosed with a serious medical condition that could have damaged her vital organs, the former The Bachelorette star said there have been no major medical problems so far with the second pregnancy.

"I was in the hospital last week for dehydration. I got a cold and wasn't keeping up with my fluids," she told OK!.

"I was having Braxton Hicks contractions, which are like fake contractions. I've had them throughout the pregnancy, once an hour or twice a day, but this was every five minutes. They re-hydrated me and sent me home the next day."

Overall, Sutter said she feels "good" and is mostly "tired."

"I'm trying to take it easy," she told OK!.  "I want her to go as close to term as possible because Max was four weeks early."
