The series will continue to follow the parents of America's first, all-female quintuplets and their children.
Adam Busby and Danielle Busby have watched their daughters Ava, Olivia, Riley, Parker and Hazel grow from tiny newborns to age 3.

"These five little ladies are smarter, sassier and more stubborn than ever," teases the network.
Fortunately for Adam and Danielle, the quintuplets' big sister Blayke always lends a hand in times of need to keep things in line.
The family will be shown planning for the holidays and going on a cruise.
"The Busbys brave it all together with love, laughter and a whole lot of patience. However, as cute as this family is, it's never all fun and games," TLC says.
Danielle and Adam must cop with Danielle's unexplained migraines and Parker's anxiety as well as the looming possibility of Hazel undergoing another eye surgery.

In addition, Adam must figure out how to kick-start his media marketing company after quitting his job last season and choosing to pursue a self-managed career in which he works from home -- surrounded by the chaos of the quintuplets.

In an unexpected twist, Adam will be offered a job he can't refuse, but he and Danielle will have opposing viewpoints on how to proceed.
"If that wasn't enough to contend with, Adam and Danielle's worst fears come to fruition when bad news disrupts their home life and puts the entire family at risk, ultimately uprooting the Busbys from their home," TLC reveals.
Season 3 of OutDaughtered premiered on TLC in July 2018.
