Despite airing against not only the usual Friends final season episode but also versus ABC's live broadcast of its The Bachelor: After The Final Rose special, the fifth episode of CBS' Survivor: All-Stars delivered more than 22 million viewers for its fourth consecutive week.

According to to final Nielsen ratings for Thursday, February 26, Survivor: All-Stars' fourth Thursday broadcast finished first in viewers (22.19 million) and the Adults 25-64 demographic (10.3/23) and second in households (12.9/19) and Adults 18-49 (8.6/23).

At 8:30PM, Survivor gained 14% in households (13.7/20 from 12.0/18), 18% in adults 25-54 (11.1/24 from 9.4/22), 19% in adults 18-49 (9.4/23 from 7.9/20) and added 3.17 million viewers (23.77 million from 20.60 million) and won the 8:30-9:00PM time period in households, viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54.

For the entire night, CBS was first in households (13.7/21) and viewers (22.45 million), and second in Adults 25-54 (9.8/22) and Adults 18-49 (8.1/20), marking the first time CBS has swept all four Thursdays in viewers and households during a February sweep since people meters were introduced in 1987.
