Oxygen Media has announced it has acquired the exclusive cable rights to The CW's America's Next Top Model reality series beginning in January 2009.

Top Model's cable repeats, which had previously aired VH1, will now air on the same network as The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, the reailty series Dickinson began starring in after she left her Top Model judging role in 2005.  Oxygen also currently airs repeats of The Tyra Banks Show, Banks' syndicated daytime talk show.

In addition to all ten of the show's previous seasons, Oxygen's agreement with CBS Television Distribution also gives the network the exclusive cable rights to America's Next Top Model's currently airing eleventh season, its upcoming twelfth cycle and any future seasons.

"America's Next Top Model is a perfect complement to Oxygen's programming strategy, delivering fun and entertaining shows for women who like to 'Live Out Loud,'" said Jason Klarman, General Manager of Oxygen Media. "It's got all the right ingredients - a lot of fashion, plenty of beauty and a ton of drama.  It really hits the bullseye with Generation O."

America's Next Top Model is produced by 10 by 10 Entertainment, in association with Bankable Productions.
