The show is from Krasnow Productions, the same group that gave NBC viewers "Average Joe," and FremantleMedia North America of "American Idol" fame, Zap2it.com reported Wednesday.
The show will track Dickinson as she goes about starting her own Hollywood modeling agency.
Dickinson was last seen as a judge on UPN's "America's Next Top Model" and one of the celebrities shut in a house for VH1's reality show, "The Surreal Life."
Dickinson's new show will debut on Oxygen in spring 2006.
