Disney/ABC Television Group, The Bachelor's Next Entertainment production company and the security working the wedding at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA were all named in the lawsuit, according to TMZ.
Lopez, a 28-year-old from Torrance, and Brogmus, a 22-year-old from Burbank, allege that the parties named in the lawsuit "breached their duty of reasonable conduct by attacking and detaining or authorizing the attack and detention" of both of them, TMZ reported.
Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore has previously stated that the incident -- which was appeared to be partially broadcast on ABC's Monday night broadcast of The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding -- began when a confrontation occurred between the resort's security and the photographers, leading to the guards asking for citizens arrests to be made.
Lopez and Brogmus are both scheduled to appear in court on March 28 to answer the charges.
