Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio apparently won't be spending the holidays with his baby mama and their new baby girl.

The 33-year-old former Jersey Shore and The Pauly D Project star reportedly wants some level of custody of his daughter, whom he has yet to see since her birth on May 15. However, it's unclear what type of custody he's seeking with the child's mother, who is allegedly a 25-year-old named Amanda Markert that was working as a VIP hostess when she hooked up with Pauly D in Vegas and got pregnant.
Pauly D believes the woman he had unprotected sex with "one drunken night" in Las Vegas last year is an unfit mother partly since she also previously worked at Hooters and has another child, according to TMZ.
Meanwhile, Amanda is reportedly demanding child support, which Pauly D never planned to deny his child.
The former reality TV star is upset, however, that Amanda is allegedly treating Amabella like a "winning lottery ticket." She recently posted a photo of the couple's baby in her high chair with the chair's surface covered completely in $100 bills.
"I'm proud I'm a father. I am excited to embark on this new part of my life," Pauly D told TMZ after news of his fatherhood first surfaced earlier this week.
Pauly D reportedly took a DNA test to prove the paternity.
