Paula Deen has denied she and husband Michael Groover are divorcing.
The 68-year-old celebrity chef issued a statement through her rep amid reports she had given the deed to one of her homes to Groover.
The news sparked rumors of a split after documents for the transaction surfaced.
"Those rumors are completely false -- they have a wonderful marriage. This deed of gift was just a part of Paula's estate-planning process," the rep explained to Page Six.
A source also told the publication the couple were recently seen slow-dancing at Deen's new restaurant opening.
Deen was previously wed to Jimmy Deen, and married Groover in March 2004.
The celebrity chef dismissed the rumors herself Friday, tweeting, "Overjoyed to have my husband join me on this week's podcast. We always have so much fun together!"
The star outraged fans earlier this month by sharing a photo of son Bobby Deen in brownface as "I Love Lucy" character Ricky Ricardo.
Deen had been making a slow comeback from her racial slurs controversy, and will release new cookbook "Paula Deen Cuts the Fat" on Sept. 8.
