Russell was taken into custody Wednesday and is facing 19 drug-possession charges as well as one count of possession of a gun by a prohibited person, the Las Vegas Sun reported.
LA Metropolitan police reportedly discovered methamphetamine, marijuana and guns when they were searching his Las Vegas Valley home in connection to a sexual assault investigation. Authorities had obtained a search warrant because of a woman's recent complaint.
Russell, 33, was being held at the Clark County Detention Center on Wednesday night on $62,000 bail, according to the newspaper.
Russell hasn't been charged in the sexual assault case, however, the investigation is ongoing.
