Russell, 33, posted his $62,000 bail and, according to his defense attorney David Chesnoff, he's "looking forward to the truthful conclusion," according to Us Weekly.

Russell reportedly intends to fight the drug and gun charges against him in addition to a sexual assault allegation that is still being investigated and could result in additional charges.

Russell's next court date has been set for May 23.

The reality TV star was arrested Wednesday and is facing 19 drug-possession charges as well as one count of possession of a gun by a prohibited person, the Las Vegas Sun previously reported.

Police discovered methamphetamine, marijuana and guns when they were searching his Las Vegas Valley home in connection to a sexual assault investigation. Authorities had obtained a search warrant because of a woman's recent complaint.

Russell was being held at the Clark County Detention Center.

Pawn Stars, which chronicles the daily activities at the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, debuted on the History channel in July 2009.
