Peta Murgatroyd and fiance Maksim Chmerkovskiy are reportedly expecting their first child.
News outlets reported the 29-year-old Australian "Dancing with the Stars" pro and 36-year-old American dancer are expecting Wednesday, a day after Murgatroyd and Nyle DiMarco won Season 22 of "Dancing."
"They have been trying for a while," a source told E! News of the parents-to-be.
Murgatroyd and Chmerkovskiy met on "Dancing with the Stars" in 2011 and got engaged in December.
The Australian dancer expressed her desire to start a family in an interview with People magazine the same month.
"I would just like to bask in this engagement bliss for a little bit. Maybe for a year. Maybe a little less," she said. "But I would like to start [having kids] pretty soon. A little boy, and then a little girl."
"Maks always wants to take care of everybody, which, to me, was the biggest sign that he'll be an amazing father and take care of me for the rest of my life," the star added.
Murgatroyd and DiMarco's victory marked the "Dancing with the Stars" pro's second win on the ABC reality competition.
The dancer won Season 14 with Donald Driver and has also partnered with Sean Lowe, Tommy Chong and Michael Sam.

Chmerkovskiy, meanwhile, won Season 18 with Meryl Davis after competing in 13 previous seasons.
The dancer told Glamour magazine last year he "definitely" won't be returning to the series, explaining, "You have to walk away when the time is right."
