The 28-year-old singer and former American Idol finalist wed dancer Jimmy R.O. Smith at the Angel Orensanz Center in Manhattan, New York, on Saturday, Entertainment Tonight reported.
Toscano donned a sleek and fitted silk gown featuring a plunging neckline, beaded embroidery on the shoulders and sleeves with flowy, gaping material. The dress was reportedly custom-designed by her good friend and former Project Runway contestant Michael Costello.
Toscano's hair was brushed back into a loose updo topped with a white beaded headpiece, while makeup artist Lyndsay Zavitz got the bride camera ready.
"I've dreamed of this magical day since I was four-years-old, and I hoped to find my King," Toscano gushed to ET before exchanging vows. "Today, all of my childhood dreams come true. I am marrying the absolute love of my life in front of my closest family and friends. I couldn't be happier!"

Toscano and her husband's first dance was to John Legend's "All of Me."
"Being a singer, lyrics are super important to me, and the lyrics of that song describe us and our relationship perfectly," Toscano revealed.
"Jimmy and I both had the same vision for our wedding, which made planning a lot easier. Luckily, we had an amazing wedding planner [Phyllis Inserillo] and visual director who both know Jimmy and I personally. They handled a lot for us while we were in Los Angeles, but Jimmy and I were still extremely involved."
The New York native apparently had three matrons of honor -- her sister Kim, best friend Cassie and godmother Rose -- whom she called "amazing women" and her "greatest mentors" in life. Smith's cousin David served as the best man because he's the brother neither of them ever had.
"Making sure that all of our family and friends felt included was our No. 1 priority," Toscano said. "And making sure I fit in my wedding dress was pretty important as well."

No American Idol alumni attended the wedding, however.
"As we decided to have the wedding in New York, it was a bit out of the way for everyone," admitted Toscano, who got engaged in late 2015.
According to insiders, the couple met on Jennifer Lopez's tour last year when Toscano was hired as a backup singer and Smith a backup dancer. Lopez became acquainted with Toscano on Season 10 of American Idol in 2011 when she served on the judging panel.
Despite being a frontrunner from the get-go, Toscano finished the Idol season in ninth place.
Other than currently dancing in Lopez's Las Vegas residency show, "All I Have," at The Axis at Planet Hollywood, Smith has also appeared in major films such as Dreamgirls, Stomp the Yard and Burlesque.
