Pia Toscano may have some explaining to do, as Mark Ballas is reportedly not the only man in her life.

The 22-year-old from Howard Beach, NY, has been together with on-again, off-again boyfriend Carlos Nunez for about four years, but Toscano has recently been avoiding "break up" talks with Nunez, a 28-year-old Queens caterer, The New York Post reported Sunday.
Although Toscano and Nunez have not yet officially split, the singer has been spotted spending time with Ballas on multiple occasions.
"It seems inevitable to anyone with eyes," a source told The Post. "They hadn't spoken as often as you'd think once she made the final 12. She kind of played a disappearing act."
However, Toscano and Nunez reportedly had a strong relationship prior to her rise to fame on American Idol. According to The Post, Nunez hosted viewing parties for Toscano's family at the Roma View catering hall he manages in her hometown.
"I'm confident," Nunez told The Post a couple weeks ago. "We've been together for a long time. We have a strong foundation. If it's meant to be, it's meant to be."
In addition, Nunez flew to Los Angeles to attend Toscano's first Idol performance show, but he was reportedly afforded only "a couple hours" to spend with his girlfriend.
Meanwhile, speculation regarding Toscano and Ballas' budding relationship has continued to escalate even though Toscano has denied they're anything more than "just good friends." Nunez, although reluctant to talk about the situation, has apparently been confused about how to deal with his relationship with Toscano amidst all the drama.
"Do you man up and put your foot down? Or do you sit back and hope she does really love and want you?" a friend told The Post.
Toscano reportedly had anticipated her stardom for awhile, as she hoped to cultivate a wholesome image by steering clear of anything that could have later portrayed the singer in a negative light.
"She used to jump out of pictures and not be seen around certain people doing certain things because 'When I'm famous...'" a source told the newspaper.
