Local police are requesting that the Tarrant County district attorney's office consider filing street racing charges against Benjamin Michael Rowell, 29, the second driver in the two-car crash that killed the 22-year-old Hutchison, the Star-Telegram reported Tuesday.

According to the Texas newspaper, Euless police investigators concluded that Hutchison and Rowell's 2:30AM crash occurred after they veered into a Euless freeway's left and right lanes to pass a car in the center lane and Hutchison's vehicle struck Rowell's after she turned back into the center lane.

While Rowell's car ended up striking the median and spun out before stopping, Hutchison's car flipped onto the median and slid along the top of it before slamming into a bridge support and catching fire, the Star Telegram reported.

Rowell escaped injury, however Hutchison -- who was not wearing a seatbelt -- was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

Local authorities also reportedly performed toxicology tests on Hutchison and determined that she had a blood-alcohol level of 0.24 -- three times the legal limit -- as well as an antidepressant in her system.

Hutchison's family did not respond to the Star-Telegram's repeated attempts to contact them for comment, according to the newspaper.

Hutchison had already finished her involvement in A Double Shot at Love, which features 12 straight men and 12 gay women competing for the affection for bisexual twin sisters Rikki and Vikki, at the time of the crash.

A Double Shot at Love premiered on MTV on December 9.  The premiere ended with Hutchison surviving the competition's first elimination round.  MTV has stated it plans to "air a tribute" to Hutchison at some point during the show's season.
