The 33-year-old Pregnant in Heels star is pregnant with her fourth child, Us Weekly reported.

The new baby will join her three other children with husband Daron Pope -- four-year-old J.R., two-year-old Wellington and 15-month-old Vivienne.

"We are thrilled with the news!" Pope told Us on behalf of the couple.

Pope operates Rosie Pope Maternity business, which is a high-end maternity brand for "sophisticated urban mothers," according to Bravo.

Pregnant in Heels follows Pope as she advices her clients on everything from planning baby showers and hiring staff to decorating nurseries and organizing Brazilian waxing for the labor room.
