Project Runway All Stars crowned Dmitry Sholokhov its fourth-season winner during Thursday night's finale broadcast of the Lifetime fashion design competition.

"I'm very happy. The competition was so tough and [the judges] made us work so hard, but I think it only helped us all to grow. I won again. I feel extremely good and I feel relieved and I feel accomplished. From this experience, I have learned what I can do and how much I can do in a very short period of time, and it's an all-new Dmitry after this experience," Dmitry said after the results were revealed.
"I don't know what drives me. I have a dream and I have a very specific and clear goal where I want to go, and I just go for it no matter what. I don't have a Plan B. That's how I live my life, and I don't know any different way to live my life."
Dmitry won with his mini collection entitled "The Art of Fashion" which he unveiled on the runway at New York's venue Diamond Horseshoe at the Paramount Hotel. The designer's eight-piece collection, which he created and executed in only four days, was inspired by the ageless, modern and cosmopolitan woman. The judges called it powerful, controlled and confident. His voice was amplified in all his pieces.
The Final 3 were required to create a collection for all four seasons -- two fall looks, two winter looks, two spring looks and two summer looks. The clothes were meant to represent a woman's wardrobe for an entire year and they had a $3,000 budget to work with.
For winning Project Runway All Stars, Dmitry walked away with the chance to create a capsule collection with QVC and appear on the network's Spring Fashion Week programming; a fashion spread in Marie Claire and a one-year position as contributing editor for the magazine; and a trip to a spa resort in Cancun, Mexico.
He also will receive product and staff for an entire year of runway shows; professional makeup artist services for his or her debut show; a cash prize of $150,000; a complete custom sewing studio to launch the winning line; and one of his looks will be featured in Chi's hair products' 2015 ad campaign.
Dmitry defeated runner-up Sonjia Williams from Woodside, NY, who had finished Project Runway's tenth season in fifth place. Sonjia's "Urban Egyptian" collection was inspired by the edgy, sexy woman coming into her own.
Third place went to twelfth-season Project Runway contestant Helen Castillo from Union City, NJ. She had previously finished Season 12 in fifth place. "Her Coco on Wednesday" collection was designed with sweetness and elegance to portray the ultra feminine and traditional lady.
In the end, Sonjia repeated some looks the judges had seen before, while Helen was "conflicted," according to Zac Posen, and didn't do her best work.
