Right on the heels of Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn's announcement they will not be participating in Project Runway's seventeenth season, which will air in 2019, Zac has revealed he's leaving the show as well.
"Working alongside Heidi, Nina and Tim as a judge for six seasons of Project Runway was one of the greatest experiences of my career," Zac wrote on Instagram.
"I will cherish the opportunity the show gave me to learn from and grow with my co-judges, the producers, crew and designers. Runway has led to incredible opportunities and I am currently at work on some new projects that I am very excited to share with you soon, Stay tuned! I wish the show and everyone much success always."
Bravo announced in May that Project Runway would be coming back to its original home on the network for Season 17 after being on Lifetime for the past 10 years. However, whether Project Runway's longtime co-hosts, Heidi and Tim, and judges would be a part of the show's new "evolution" remained unclear.

Well, Heidi and Tim confirmed last week they will not be a part of Project Runway and are instead developing a global reality series for Amazon Prime.
The new Amazon Prime series will premiere in over 200 countries and territories. While details have yet to be released, Tim and Heidi have committed their expertise to the show and will continue their impressive 14-year work relationship.
Amazon Fashion will create a shoppable experience for viewers, resulting in an intersection of content, commerce, and technology catered to a generation that embraces live streaming.
Zac's "new projects," however, have yet to be disclosed.
Meanwhile, fans are expecting to hear whether Zac's fellow Project Runway judge, Nina Garcia, will return next season or also part ways with the show after serving as a judge for all 16 editions.

Bravo launched Project Runway in 2004 and aired it through 2008 before Lifetime obtained it in a high-profile, five-year deal.
The revamped season of Project Runway on Bravo will once again be produced by Magical Elves, who produced the show when it originally aired on Bravo. Magical Elves did not follow the series for its Lifetime run.
