No charges will be filed in connection to an alleged bar fight that involved "Property Brothers" star Jonathan Scott.
A Fargo attorney announced Tuesday neither Scott, 38, nor those thought involved in an altercation that took place in late April, will face charges on the matter.
Scott, who co-stars in HGTV's "Property Brothers" with his brother Drew Scott, was reportedly placed in a headlock at Dempsey's Public House in Fargo ahead of the restaurant's closing time.
Reports said the celebrity intervened in a verbal argument between two other patrons before getting swept up in the middle of a scuffle.
Surveillance video from the April 23 incident released by police saw the television star allegedly getting punched or pushed.
The altercation, TMZ reported at the time, occurred just before the eatery's closing time at 2:00 a.m..
Scott is said to have called authorities after the incident, saying he was assaulted by a bouncer.
But City Attorney Erik Johnson said there "was not sufficient evidence to establish a violation of either simple assault or disorderly conduct...beyond a reasonable doubt," according to Star Tribune.
Jonathan Scott and his brother Drew Scott were in Fargo to speak at the Eco Chic Design Conference.
