Rachel Ako has provided insight on what it was like for the castaways when Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X producers evacuated both tribes once a cyclone hit Fiji on Day 2 of filming.

"Oh yeah! We went to Four Seasons Fiji," Rachel told Reality TV World with a big laugh. "No, we went to a room and I got really excited and thought that we were going to have beds and pillows and all of this, and that it was going to be a nice break."
Rachel, a 37-year-old recruiting director from Los Angeles, CA, however, said she was completely wrong.
"Instead, it was this gutted out room, where we slept on the concrete floor. And I was like, 'Okay, I can choose to just die on this floor or die out in a cyclone in Fiji.' So I was really wondering what I should do at that point," she revealed.
When asked whether the room at least had indoor plumbing, like toilets and running water, Rachel acknowledged it was "a good question."
"We did have that," the Gen Xer confessed. "That was actually nice and that was kind of the luxury part. However, we were only there for one night, so you know, it wasn't long lived."
Rachel said there were no other luxuries, such as food, but even having running water wasn't very helpful.
"It wasn't running water where we could run it on our bodies and take a shower or anything like that," she clarified.
While sequestered for about nine hours, Rachel insisted there was no strategy talk or alliances forming. She said the brief break from the game had no impact on how situations played out afterwards.
"We weren't allowed to talk about the game. There was always a producer in the room," Rachel explained. "It was really just, like, this purgatory. It was Survivor purgatory hell. It sucked! I really cannot decide where I would have rather been in that concrete room or out in the elements."
