Rachel Lindsay did not see Dean Unglert and Lesley Murphy's split coming!

"Now Dean and Lesley? I actually thought they were a pretty good match for each other," Rachel, 32, told Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti during a Monday appearance on their Almost Famous podcast.
"I thought that they seemed to have a lot of the same interests -- like personalities that meshed really well together -- and I thought that they were gonna work out."
The former The Bachelorette star dated Dean on the show's thirteenth season, but she eliminated him after the men's round of hometown dates and ended up getting engaged to her now-fiance Bryan Abasolo.
Rachel then got to judge a kissing contest on The Bachelor Winter Games and witness Dean and Lesley's chemistry firsthand. Dean and Lesley left the winter spinoff dating last year, and during the February World Tells All reunion special, Dean gave the travel blogger a key to his home.
Rachel apparently Lesley and the 26-year-old podcast host/startup recruiter had some real potential.
"I didn't think that they were going to be running down the aisle anytime soon, but I definitely thought that they were going to be boyfriend and girlfriend for a while," the Dallas-based attorney explained. "So I was shocked that it ended so quickly."
Dean appeared to address his breakup from Lesley, 30, first through an Instagram post on Saturday, and he hinted at being responsible for the split.
"Growing up as a kid I had a crude but utopian idea of what love is. I always had this idea that no matter what you did, no matter how you act, as long as you're true to yourself and act in good conscious, your path would lead you to the one person on this planet you're meant to be with," Dean captioned a photo of himself.
"As I've gotten older, I've learned that although everyone DESERVES love, it's not something we're entitled to. Love takes work. Love is compromise. Love is earned. I still have a lot of work to do on myself, a lot to prove to myself, before I'm ready for something like that."
And then on Sunday, Lesley shared a lengthy message to her followers via Instagram.
"Out with the old, in with the true," Lesley noted, adding that it's important for people to find a partner who is ready to love and be loved.

"To meet someone and to be met. To be chosen and to choose. To love and to be loved. This is everything. All we need is that same energy reciprocated, and despite how open and loving you attempt to be, people can only meet you as deeply as they've met themselves."
Lesley added in her post, "Don't be afraid to be the one that loved the most and give everything you had, because you've got to find people who love like you do and who are ready. Out with the old, in with the TRUE. It was a long winter, and I'm excited for a new season. Let the spring cleaning commence. I'm ready."
In addition to appearing on The Bachelorette and The Bachelor Winter Games, Dean failed to find love on Bachelor in Paradise last summer, when he got stuck in the middle of a love triangle between Kristina Schulman and Danielle Lombard.
