Rachel had extremely emotional journeys on Clayton Echard's season of The Bachelor as well as her own The Bachelorette season, which she shared with fellow leading lady Gabby Windey.
Clayton had slept with both Rachel and Gabby and expressed his love for them in the Fantasy Suites, only to brutally dump them -- simultaneously -- for the woman he was supposedly "the most" in love with, Susie Evans.
On The Bachelorette's nineteenth season, Rachel thought she had found her happily ever after with Tino, who proposed marriage during the finale, but the pair broke up during a "Happy Couple" visit in August because Tino had kissed another woman at a bar in July.
Despite all the bumps and bruises, Rachel said on Kaitlyn's podcast she would "for sure" star on The Bachelorette again if she could be guaranteed that she would find her person.
"Absolutely," Rachel noted.
"Good for you," Kaitlyn replied.
Kaitlyn, who starred on Season 11 of The Bachelorette and also co-hosted two subsequent seasons, shared, "If I was single and they said they'd pay me a million dollars to do it, I don't know if I could do it again. So good for you."
Rachel acknowledged that Kaitlyn's feelings on the topic were justified, but she shared, "I believed in the process. It's not that I don't."
Rachel insisted, "It's actually real. The situations [on the show] sometimes are really crazy, but the feelings and everything is real."

In response to speculation the show is staged, Rachel said, "I wish," because she noted a script of some sort would make leading a season easier.
Regardless of whether Rachel looks for love on TV again or the real world, she suggested she's ready to get back out there.
"I do feel like I am in the spot where I do want [to date again], but I'm not, like, on the dating apps," Rachel explained.
And Rachel clarified she's "not actively going out and trying to date at all."
"But I do feel like I'm not in a position where I'm so broken that I need months to heal," she noted. "And I think that's the consensus I've seen online, like, 'She needs to heal,' and I'm okay. I've been doing the work and I've been broken up with [Tino] since before you guys knew."
Rachel therefore said she's "in the spot" where she does want a man in her life.
"I do want that, but I'm not, like, into dating apps -- on Hinge or whatever. I don't want to start doing that yet because it's so sad to me that that's where I'm at, honestly," Rachel admitted.
Kaitlyn told Rachel to feel empowered that she's single again, to which the flight instructor responded, "I am empowered, but kind of going through two full [Bachelor franchise] seasons and to end up right where you started, that's where it's frustrating."

Rachel also pointed out how she doesn't just want a boyfriend; she wants a "commitment."
"I just want commitment. I just want to be done dating. And the fact that I find myself now in the same position, I'm like, 'I don't want to do this.' I wanted to find my person," Rachel lamented.
"I want to get married, I want to start a family. That's where I'm at in my life. I don't want to go back to the streets, and now I'm forced to! Literally!"
Rachel laughed and continued, "If we just wanted a boyfriend, we could've done that anywhere. We could've just went to Paradise, like, 'Oh, I'm just going to find a boyfriend,' not saying that Paradise isn't serious, but we came on as leads because we were committed to finding someone to spend the rest of our life with."
Rachel previously defended wanting a quick The Bachelorette engagement on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast co-hosted by Becca Kufrin and Michelle Young.
"[The Neil Lane engagement ring] is amazing, it's beautiful. But that's not why me and Gabby are here," Rachel insisted. "We're here because we want someone to stand next to us through these difficult times and for someone to be supportive."
And Rachel claimed at the time that if Tino had chosen not to propose marriage at the end of the process, she would've been accepting of that.
"If, at the end of the day, Tino got down on one knee and was like, 'I can't give you this ring, but I want to commit to you for the rest of my life [and] I want to be with you,' that's all I was looking for," Rachel concluded.
For Gabby's part, she is currently happily engaged to her The Bachelorette winner Erich Schwer.
