Raising Sextuplets star Jennifer Masche and her husband Bryan Masche will apparently be raising their six children separately going forward.

The filing occurred a week after Bryan was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, threatening domestic violence, and two counts of disorderly conduct for an incident which occurred while the family was visiting Jennifer's parents in Camp Verde, AZ on September 11.
Bryan was subsequently released on $3,500 bond.
According to People, the September 11 incident began around 2PM when Bryan and Jennifer -- who decided to relocate from Arizona to Florida at the beginning of the year and have been shown regularly receiving marital counseling on Raising Sextuplets -- got into a heated argument about their plans for the afternoon.
While Bryan reportedly wanted to take drive the couple's six three-year-old children more than 200 miles to Lake Havasu, where the family had previously lived, Jennifer wanted to take them to Phoenix -- a 90-mile drive -- where she was planning to visit friends.
According to the Camp Verde Marshal's Office, deputies visited the home after they received a 911 call from Jennifer's father, whom Bryan had threatened to punch.
"Dispatch advised that the incident was verbal at the time, however the suspect... was becoming more aggressive, and that there were firearms in a vehicle," police wrote in an incident report obtained by People. "Jenny did not know if Bryan planned to return with the children."
The 32-year-old father then allegedly became even more aggressive once deputies arrived. In addition to claiming his rights were being violated, Bryan -- who spent six years in the US Air Force -- told deputies he had "law enforcement experience" and "domestic violence had not occur[red]," according to the incident report.
Bryan then allegedly refused to let the deputies handcuff him and locked his hands in front of his body while continuing to insist he "didn't do anything," causing the officers to threaten to Taser him.
"Bryan complied prior to the Taser being deployed," one of the responding officers wrote in the report. "Bryan was then assisted back to his feet and escorted to my vehicle where he was secured. While in my patrol vehicle, Bryan continued to be belligerent."
Bryan is due back in court on October 7 for a pretrial conference, according to People.
Raising Sextuplets premiered on WE tv in June 2009 and its eight-episode second season -- which chronicled the couple's decision to relocate to Destin, FL against their parents' wishes as well as Bryan's attempt to launch a new career as a financial planner -- aired on the network this summer.
