Rob "Boston Rob" Mariano and his wife Amber have added a new addition to their family -- a second baby girl.

"We've had a couple of love affairs come from the show. Probably the most famous love affair is Boston Rob and Amber. They met on [Survivor: All-Stars]. They fell in love. Amber won; Rob won her heart. And you've just had your second baby," Survivor host Jeff Probst said as he turned to Rob.
"Yes we did," Rob confirmed.
"So, this is an amazing story... give us the short version of what happened with Amber," Jeff asked Rob.
"It was pretty dramatic, like everything else that goes on in our house. We got to the hospital at 2:15 in the morning. Amber had the baby at 2:25 -- no IV, no epidural -- I mean, she just got it done," Rob explained.
Carina joins the couple's other daughter Lucia Rose, who was born in July 2009.
Rob said that while Carina's delivery occurred in a matter of minutes, he still served as his wife's support system in the moments leading up to her birth.
"There was a moment when you were literally whispering in Amber's ear, "You gotta push right now because there were some complications," Jeff started.
"Well, the head came out and like I said, we got to the hospital very late. It was about 40 minutes away. We were rushing there, and the doctors said, 'Now's the time.' I reached out -- I listened down to her ear -- and I told her we gotta get it done," Rob said.
The couple's teamwork on-screen was apparently indicative of how the reality TV stars get along off-screen in their personal lives.
"That's why you guys are a great team... that's why you had done so well on Survivor," Jeff noted.
"We work together well," Rob agreed.

Their children's middle name "Rose" was a tribute to Rob's grandmother who passed away on the same day of Lucia's birth.
