Filming for Basketball Wives' upcoming reunion special apparently turned ugly over the weekend, leading to the arrest of one of the VH1 reality show's stars.

Suzie Ketcham -- the ex-girlfriend of NBA star Michael Olowokondi -- was arrested after an alleged altercation with a Basketball Wives groupie she previously had a confrontation with during the show's premiere episode, an on-set source told RadarOnline in a Sunday report.

Basketball Wives' first-season reunion special was filming in front of a live studio audience at Los Angeles' Occidental Studios on Saturday when the cast was told a "surprise guest" was being brought out, according to the RadarOnline source.

The guest was then revealed to be a woman called Sandra -- who had a drink thrown in her face during a fight with Ketcham during Basketball Wives' premiere broadcast earlier this year.

"No one knew she was going to be there," the source told RadarOnline. "Suzie got really p---ed off and just got up and left, but not soon after, she came back with a huge bucket of water and threw it at Sandra."

Sandra reportedly then attempted to "run away" from Ketcham but "slipped in the water and fell" instead.

"The whole audience gasped," the source told RadarOnline.

Production staff subsequently called paramedics who responded and treated Sandra in front of the studio audience.

"As she was being taken off set, the first words out of her mouth were, 'Call my lawyer,'" the source told RadarOnline.

Police were also called and responding officers arrested Ketcham and took her into custody for questioning, RadarOnline reported, adding Sandra presumably wants to press charges against the Basketball Wives star.

"We responded to a reported assault at approximately 5.30pm PT," the Los Angeles Fire Department told RadarOnline. "We dispatched one of our fire engines and a rescue ambulance to the scene... and a person of unknown condition was taken to an area hospital."

Sandra's condition is currently unknown, according to RadarOnline, which added the reunion special continued to film after the incident.

"Production staff locked the whole audience and crew in the studio for at least 45 minutes -- and no one was allowed to leave," the source told RadarOnline.

"They continued to tape the show for some time, but they still kept everyone locked in even when they weren't taping."

VH1 recently renewed Basketball Wives for a second season and scheduled the first-season reunion special to air on June 20.
