Windsor's legal saga began in 2004 when she was arrested for stealing her uncle's identity and using it to rack-up thousands of dollars in debt, according to MediaTakeOut.com, which also alleged she used the money to purchase breast implants.
She subsequently pled no contest to the charges and was scheduled to be sentenced in November 2005 but never showed in court, MediaTakeOut.com reported.
After being on the lam for three years, Windsor's luck reportedly ran out when she was pulled over in Los Angeles last November for driving with an invalid license.
She was subsequently sentenced to serve the prison time and also ordered to pay restitution, fines and fees totaling $8,500, according to MediaTakeOut.com.
Windsor's celebrity status can be attributed to VH1, as she originally appeared as a Flavor of Love second-season bachelorette in 2006, which led to her appearance on Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School in April 2007. She won the reality competition series and claimed the $50,000 prize.
Windsor can currently be seen competing on I Love Money's second season, which premiered earlier this month and airs in the Mondays at 9PM ET/PT on VH1.
