Jesse James and Sandra Bullock's marriage is reportedly over.

The former Monster Garage and Jesse James is a Dead Man star and Oscar-winning actress each signed their final divorce documents last week and the sealed paperwork has since been filed with the Travis County clerk's office in Texas, sources told TMZ on Monday.
Earlier this year, James was accused of carrying out an 11-month affair with tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee while Bullock was in Atlanta filming The Blind Side -- for which she won the Oscar for Best Actress.
Several additional women then also made similar claims and James admitted to the infidelity -- resulting in Bullock filing for divorce in April.
James subsequently stated it would be "selfish" of him to deny Bullock a divorce due to the "pain and devastation" his infidelity caused her.

With the divorce now finalized, sources told TMZ that Bullock can complete a single-parent adoption of newborn son Louis Bardo, whom James and Bullock originally adopted as a couple in January.
