A Kate by another name is apparently still the same as far as Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin is concerned.

"[He said] 'Oh my god, I can't believe she did this to me. What do I do? She's totally (bleeping) me over,'" a source told RadarOnline.com.
Major had claimed that she was dating the 32-year-old Gosselin -- whom she was first photographed having dinner with on Saturday night in New York City -- in a statement issued Wednesday evening.
"I didn't mean it to happen, it just did," Major said. "I went to do a story on Jon and ended up falling for him."
The 26-year-old reporter subsequently resigned from the magazine this morning, citing the relationship as a conflict of interest.
Major's Wednesday night statement came after she had previously denied she was dating Gosselin.
"I have no comment," she told the New York Daily News on Monday about the pair's Saturday night dinner. "There was no date. Jon and I are just friends."
The pair have also since spent time staying at the Hamptons home of Michael Lohan, the father of troubled actress Lindsay Lohan.
"Jon and Kate [Major] are good friends of mine. She's with him [at my house]," Lohan told People. "Kate's like a daughter to me. When she needed a place my doors were open."
Major and Gosselin's Hamptons visit has included a Wednesday night dinner with Lohan as well as The Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin and husband Bobby Zarin and Southampton town mayor Mark Epley and his wife Marianne, according to People.
According to Jill Zarin, the Major and Gosselin had acknowledged they were dating during the dinner.
"He didn't seem smitten. They weren't all over each other. But they're definitely dating. It came up in conversation," The Real Housewives star told People. "She had her hands on him. But she's young. This is a girl who is going to want to have babies. Does he really want to go out with another young girl and have kids?"

The news of Major and Gosselin's relationship had come as a surprise to Hailey Glassman -- the 22-year-old former friend family that Gosselin had just recently acknowledged he's been dating lately.
"That's news to me," Glassman told People when informed of Major's announcement.
According to People, Glassman was aware of Major and Gosselin's Hamptons stay but hadn't been told the trip had turned romantic.
"I still love Jon and Jon loves me," she said.
