Meet the Barkers co-stars Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler may have separated and filed for divorce last August, but the two are reportedly "quietly trying to give it another go."

"Neither of them knows whether it will work, but they wanted to put an effort into reconciling," a friend of the couple told OK! Weekly after the magazine spotted the couple "in full make-out mode" at Winston's, a new Los Angeles hotspot, recently.

Moakler, a former Miss USA and Playboy model who appeared in the third season of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, and Barker, the former drummer for Blink 182 and current stick-man for Plus 44, were married in a Nightmare Before Christmas-themed wedding in 2004.

Meet the Barkers, their Newlyweds-like MTV reality series, lasted two seasons and 12 episodes between April 2005 and March 2006 and followed the couple and their two children, three-year-old son Landon and one-year-old daughter Alabama, as well as Moakler's seven-year-old daughter Atiana, whom she had with boxer Oscar de la Hoya.

The couple put their 12,000-square-foot Tuscan villa in Bel Air, CA, where much of their reality series was filmed, on the market for $8.5 million after Barker filed for divorce in August 2006.  In September of last year, Moakler denied ever being unfaithful to Barker and also claimed to be a good mother to her children.  She told People magazine that problems arose between the couple in March 2006 after their wedding and entire married life were captured on camera by MTV.

"I think what happened was that he was surrounded by a lot of really bad people," she told People. "When you have a lot of people kissing your butt all day, and then you come home to the big negative all the time, after a while it takes its toll."

In the months that followed their divorce, Barker was seen kissing Paris Hilton, which caused Moakler to get in a catfight with The Simple Life star.

According to OK!, a rep for the couple simply stated "no comment" when asked about the reconciliation.
