Martha Stewart may sell her famed Turkey Hill Farm home in Westport, Conn., for about $10 million, the New York Post reported Monday.

She bought the home in the early 1970s when she was a stockbroker.
Quoting sources, the Post report said Stewart has had local brokers doing a walk-through at the home.
"That's a pretty steep price for what it is," said a source familiar with the property. "Despite its name, it's basically a very nice three-bedroom house on four acres."
The source said Stewart is hoping there would be a "Martha premium" to the property, from which she launched the catering company that eventually evolved into a billion-dollar lifestyle conglomerate, the Post reported.

A Stewart spokeswoman denied that Stewart has plans to sell the estate.
