Deadline, Entertainment Tonight and E! News reported the outcome of Friday's hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Lisa Marie's mother Priscilla, Elvis' ex-wife, and former business manager Barry Siegel will no longer be co-trustees of the estate.

Keough, 34, will also oversee sub-trusts for her two younger half-siblings, 14-year-old twins Harper and Finley Lockwood, as part of the legal arrangement.

Priscilla, 78, will from hence forth be paid as a special adviser to the trust and will be allowed to be buried at Graceland when she dies.

She will serve as trustee of the sub-trust for her son -- Lisa Marie's 36-year-old half-brother, Navarone Garibaldi.

Elvis and Priscilla were married from 1967 to 1973.

He never remarried and died in 1977 at the age of 42.

Lisa Marie died Jan. 12 of complications from a small bowel obstruction. She was 54.

Her death came just as there was a resurgence of interest in her famous family, thanks to the musical biopic, Elvis, starring Austin Butler as the titular rock 'n' roll icon.
