Dream was born weighing seven pounds and five ounces via C-section. Renee is also Chyna's middle name.
"She is gorgeous and has tons of hair!" a source told E! News.
The Rob & Chyna stars reportedly arrived at the hospital in black sweatshirts and sweatpants around 9:40AM ET/PT with Chyna's mother Tokyo Toni to prep for the baby's birth.
Kardashian reportedly couldn't stop smiling and appeared "giddy excited."
Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble also went to the hospital to show their support.
"I got to watch [the] delivery," Jenner told E! News. "It was so beautiful and I'm so excited and happy to have another grandchild! No. 6!"
Chyna reportedly brought two large Louis Vuitton tote bags filled with leopard throw blankets and sheets to make her more comfortable in the $4,000-per-night luxury hospital suite, where Kim Kardashian also delivered her son Saint West last year.
Khloe Kardashian talked to Jimmy Kimmel on his talk show last week about her little brother becoming a father. (Chyna is already mom to a four-year-old son King Cairo whom she had with her ex Tyga, the current boyfriend of Kylie Jenner).
"Rob has so many traits like my dad, so I think he's gonna be great with a baby," Khloe said. "I'm sure he's nervous, I think any new dad should be."
Kardashian and Chyna announced they were expecting a baby in May, shortly after the sock designer proposed marriage. News the couple had a daughter on the way was revealed on the September premiere of their new E! reality show.
Kardashian and Chyna first went public with their romance in January of this year.
