Rob Kardashian's ex-girlfriend Adrienne Bailon apparently isn't taking his sisters' insults lying down.

"Fame and career are two different things. I've always had a career. I have been working hard since I was 15 years old. Being someone's 'girlfriend' was never what I wanted to be famous for," Adrienne, 30, posted on Instagram Thursday, shortly after Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian bashed her for kicking Rob when he's down in the press.

"What makes you 'famous' isn't always what you want to be 'labeled' as, or known for. If anyone should understand that... It should be you."

Earlier this week, Adrienne had told Latina magazine she feels her association with Keeping Up with the Kardashians damaged her career and Rob had cheated on her within their 2007-2009 relationship.

"To be stuck with that Kardashian label, that was so hurtful to me and to my career," Adrienne told Latina, adding that Rob had been "disloyal" to her despite people insisting she had "ruined Rob's life."

Late Tuesday night, Kim slammed Adrienne, a former Disney Channel star, for talking badly about Rob when he's already at such a low point in his life.

"Funny how she says being with a Kardashian hurt her career yet the only reason she has this article is bc she is talking about a Kardashian," Kim tweeted. "So sad when people try to kick my brother when he is down #FamilyForever."

Khloe retweeted part of Kim's post and then added her own two cents on Wednesday.

"Thought her and I were cool SMH," Khloe wrote, retweeting a fan who commented: "Adrienne has a lot of nerve to talk sh-t about Rob when he is obviously dealing with sh-t."

Khloe also posted "FDB" on Twitter, which Rob then retweeted. It means "f-ck dem b-tches," according to Urban Dictionary.

Adrienne concluded her Instagram post with the following explanation: "I also stated in the article that none of this would have stopped me from being in love and being in that relationship. I just would have gone about it differently. You can love someone just as much in private. We all learn from our first loves."
