In photos shared Thursday by TMZ, the 27-year-old troubled reality star and sock designer appears smoking marijuana and drinking Sizzurp -- prescription cough syrup mixed with soda and a Jolly Rancher -- with a pal.

According to the celebrity gossip site, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star's family has been pushing for him to get help for his "very bad drug problem," but he refuses to do so.

Kardashian's pictures come one month after he pledged to lose weight via Twitter after skipping Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kanye West reportedly because he felt insecure about his appearance in wedding pictures.
