Rob Kardashian is apparently not feeling too good about himself.

The 27-year-old reality star took to Twitter Tuesday to share a cryptic message with his 4.82 million followers.

"No one will ever understand how much it hurts," Kardashian wrote late at night.

The troubling post comes as the rest of the Kardashian family vacations together in Thailand during the mid-season hiatus of their reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

According to Us Weekly, Kardashian's post might be related to certain revelations made by his ex-girlfriend Rita Ora in an interview for Elle U.K., in which she reportedly gushed about her new beau, D.J. Calvin Harris, and said she's never been in love before him.

Sources close to Kardashian recently told Us Weekly that the Dancing With the Stars alum is "really depressed" as he continues to struggle to lose weight.
