Robby Hayes is one of JoJo Fletcher's Final 2 suitors on The Bachelorette, which wraps August 1 on ABC.

Robby was the first bachelor to tell JoJo that he loved her, which won him major points but also made the Bachelorette fear he was trying to fill a void after his long-term relationship with ex-girlfriend Hope Higginbotham had allegedly just ended in late December.
Once JoJo met Robby's family in St. Augustine, Florida, she fell for the bachelor even harder. JoJo later admitted she was in love with Robby during their overnight Fantasy Suite date.

- According to USA Swimming, Robby competed in the following Olympic preliminary events: 100 LC meter butterfly (finished 24th), 50 LC meter freestyle (finished 97th), and 200 LC meter IM (finished 43rd).
- As a former competitive swimmer from Jacksonville, Robby feels he has spent more of his life in a speedo than regular clothing.
- The 6'1" bachelor models on the side. Robby has posted several professional photos on Instagram with hilarious captions like: "Did I leave the stove on?"
- The suitor volunteered for Young Life, a Christian ministry in which staff reach out to adolescents by being present in their lives and setting a good example, from Fall 2003 to Spring 2007.
- He works as a sales manager for a pool company after graduating from Florida State University.
