RuPaul has announced he recently tied the knot with longtime boyfriend Georges LeBar.
The 56-year-old television personality, born RuPaul Andre Charles, said on "Hollywood Today Live" on Wednesday that he secretly wed his longtime love in January.
"I've never said this on television before -- we are married!" RuPaul told hosts Ross Mathews and Amanda Salas. "This is scoop! I've never said it before. We are, yeah."
"We got married on our 23rd [anniversary]," he shared. "I met him on the dance floor at Limelight in 1994 on his birthday, so we got married on his birthday -- the anniversary of when we met -- this year, in January."
The "RuPaul's Drag Race" host followed up by sharing a throwback photo of himself and LeBar on Twitter.
He thanked his followers for their well-wishes and quoted The Supremes song "I Hear a Symphony" in the caption.
"Thank you all for the love & kindness. 'I cry not for myself, but for those who never felt the joy we felt' = The Supremes 'I Hear A Symphony,'" he wrote.
RuPaul described LeBar as "so kind and funny" and "a sweet, sensitive man" in an interview with BuzzFeed in 2015.
He said at the time that they had no plans to marry, and explained his change of heart on "Hollywood Today Live."

"I never wanted to do it. We were looking into it, really, for tax breaks and for financial purposes," the star said.
"RuPaul's Drag Race" will premiere a ninth season March 24 on VH1.
