Ryan Lochte apparently found time in his busy Dancing with the Stars schedule to whisk away his girlfriend Kayla Rae Reid for a romantic marriage proposal.

"Memories forever!!! #thelochtes #LA," Lochte captioned one photo with the beautiful landscape in the background.
"Speechless. Absolutely beautiful. So in love with YOU," Reid, a Playboy model, captioned another image with a heart emoji.
Lochte and Reid first clicked in January 2016 when they met at a Los Angeles nightclub, E! News reported.
But prior to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio in August, Lochte said he was single despite trying his luck on Tinder. Sweet photos then surfaced of Lochte and Reid together during the games, but Lochte insisted he wasn't dating anyone in a subsequent interview with NBC.
Amidst Lochte's Rio scandal in which he fabricated a story about being robbed at gunpoint, he still denied having a girlfriend. However, he later admitted Reid had stood by him during the difficult time and they decided to move in together.
Lochte and Reid have since been inseparable and she's been spotted supporting her new fiance's Dancing with the Stars gig by sitting in the audience. Lochte is paired with pro dancer Cheryl Burke for Season 23.
In an early October interview with USA Today Sports, Lochte revealed he was ready to propose to Reid.
"My family says, 'Don't you think it's a little too soon?' I'm like, 'Can you put a time on love? Can you?'" Lochte shared. "When I realized this was 'the one' was when she stuck behind me through [the Rio scandal]. She still loves me and she's still right there with me."
Lochte added that Reid has helped him maintain a positive attitude and doesn't care about his fame.
"All she cares about is me being happy," the Olympic athlete noted.
