Uzomah had previously been sentenced to 15 days in jail and three years' probation after attacking a member of Seacrest's security detail outside a charity event last month, E! News reported.
As the alleged stalker entered E!'s campus -- which houses the studio where Seacrest hosts the network's E! News television show as well as his KIIS-FM radio studio -- on Friday around 10AM, he was immediately recognized by security guards due to a photo that had been circulated following the previous incident, according to E! News.
Uzomah was detained and subsequently arrested by the LAPD before being brought into questioning by the Threat Management Unit.
Among the items found in Uzomah's vehicle outside the network's building were multiple maps of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, a screwdriver, towels, clothes, a spare pair of shoes, water bottles, a receipt from Jack in the Box, Q-tips, rock crystals and a blue tarp, E! News reported.
