Kim Kardashian's pregnancy will definitely be documented on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, according to executive producer Ryan Seacrest.

While featuring Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West's child on the reality series or one of its numerous spinoffs will reportedly be off limits, Seacrest has confirmed filming the events leading up to the baby's birth will not.

"You will see her pregnancy on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She'll be I think about four and a half months in [to her pregnancy] once we start shooting for next season," Seacrest said during a Thursday night appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, adding that he was "thrilled" and "happy" when he first learned Kardashian's expecting.

Seacrest also noted cameras won't be taping the actual birth of the couple's first child.

"Now, are you in there with the obstetrician?" Leno asked the American Idol host.

"Am I going to be in the room, with the zoom lens, shooting all of this to put on the air on E!?" Seacrest clarified. "I would not."

When Leno jokingly asked whether the conception of Kardashian and West's baby will be shown on television, Seacrest replied with a laugh, "I think when you have Kanye on, you should ask him that question."

Seacrest's claims are consistent with recent reports insisting Kardashian doesn't have a problem with sharing her pregnancy experience with viewers because she believes being "pregnant is great and cute" but is against letting her child become a reality TV star.
