ABC has announced the singer and former Disney Channel star has won the "Viewers' Choice: All-Star" vote and will fill the thirteenth slot on Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars.
Beginning late last month, Dancing with the Stars viewers were allowed to cast their votes for one of three celebrities -- Bryan, Carson Kressley or Kyle Massey -- to compete on the first-ever all-stars edition of the show, which will premiere Monday, September 24 at 8PM ET/PT. The announcement of Bryan's participation came after voting concluded on August 24.
Bryan will be partnered with professional dancer Louis van Amstel and will join 12 other returning contestants, all of whom had been previously selected by Dancing with the Stars producers and revealed by the network.
Bryan originally competed on Dancing with the Stars' fifth season in Fall 2007. She was partnered with Mark Ballas and they finished in seventh place after what was considered unexpectedly early elimination.

Similar to the celebrities, Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars' professional partners will all be returning dancers: Ballas, Cheryl Burke, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Val Chmerkovskiy, Tony Dovolani, Chelsie Hightower, Derek Hough, Kym Johnson, Tristan MacManus, Peta Murgatroyd, Karina Smirnoff, Anna Trebunskaya and van Amstel.
Ballas is partnered with Palin for Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars. The pair originally finished third on Dancing with the Stars' eleventh season in 2010. Ballas also won Dancing with the Stars' eighth season with Johnson in 2009.
