Sarafiena Watkins has already survived three Rose Ceremonies on Grant Ellis' The Bachelor season, but she's hoping to go all the way to the end.

Sarafiena is a 29-year-old associate media director from New York, NY.

"I promise to always be your biggest cheerleader," Sarafiena told Grant on Night 1, "to tell you how handsome, how tall, and how funny you are. But I'm never going to let all of that get to you, and let that give you a big head."

Sarafiena showed Grant her wit and charm early on, but she quickly got caught up in drama.

During a group date, Sarafiena was shown telling the other girls of Zoe McGrady, "That's the shortest dress I've ever seen in my life."

Zoe said she thought Sarafiena's comment was "rude" and very "mean girl" of her to say. Zoe couldn't believe she was being treated like that, and she set out to let Grant know that some of the women in the house were "fake" and maybe fooling him.

Grant told the bachelorettes that he didn't want anyone to talk trash or feel belittled, and his words shook many of the women in his cast, including Sarafiena.

Grant, who invited Sarafiena on a three-on-one date to a dog rescue, told the cameras that Sarafiena impressed him, but is she going to let tensions with other women get in the way of her connection with Grant?

Sarafiena attended Syracuse University from 2014 to 2017. She graduated from the college in upstate New York in 2017 with a degree in Communications and Rhetorical Studies.

During high school, Sarafiena's passions included competing on the dance team, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, and participating in Campus Ministry.

Sarafiena worked her way up at her company, Zenith

Zenith is an ROI (return on investment) agency that has more than 6,000 specialists across 95 markets.

Sarafiena started out at Zenith in December 2021, and she has worked there for three years.

After serving as a supervisor in national investment, she became an associate director in July 2023.

Sarafiena now works as the director of national investment, a position she has held since December 2024.
