"I just wanted to have a conversation with y'all because it's so crazy how invested my fans are... You guys are so invested in my family and our lives. And I feel like when we signed up for the show, we gave you a promise to show you our lives and to be as honest as we can about it, and that's just what I'm trying to do now," Chrisley, 19, said.
"So to cut to the point -- you've been following Blair and I from the very beginning, and he and I are no longer dating. It hurts, it does. Because for me, he was that definition of, just, my first true love... We were just crazy about each other, we were. And it was the best feeling in the world."
Chrisley filmed the emotional footage in her bedroom and reflected on the good times she's had with Hanks, 24.
"It's so funny whenever I look back at Blair and I and just the fun times we had. It truly was the definition of young love. It's just what he and I were. We had so much fun and things were amazing," she revealed. "We were best friends."
While Chrisley didn't reveal specifics on why the couple broke up, she hinted the "spotlight" took a toll on their romance and things started to crumble after their first incredible year together.
"It was hard to keep the relationship just to ourselves. Maybe that's why we are at the point that we're at now... Sometimes you can just go through so much in a relationship that it wears on you... It wasn't his fault, it wasn't my fault. There was fault on both sides," Chrisley explained, adding that they had ups and downs.
Chrisley also asked fans not to send any "hate" her ex's way, which suggests Hanks may have been the one to decide to part ways.
"I've loved Blaire for the past two years and I've loved him so deeply. I've given it my all, and now I have to love me," she said. "You can't make a guy you're life... It's the biggest heartbreak of my life."
It's been a tough month for the young reality TV star, as she's still recovering from a serious car accident in which she broke a vertebra one week ago.
In the last couple of months, Chrisley has posted several adorable photos of herself and Hanks on Instagram, however, her sweet captions gave subtle hints there was trouble in paradise.
Chrisley captioned one image of the couple kissing last month, "Choose to love each other, even in those moments when you struggle to like each other. Love is a commitment, not a feeling."

And shortly before that, Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley's daughter captioned a picture of the lovebirds once again showing affection, "If you're looking for the perfect relationship, don't look at us. We are certainly not perfect. But if you're looking for a perfect love, we are the ones."
