Scott Disick has reportedly checked himself into rehab after Kourtney Kardashian gave him an ultimatum.

Disick, who dated Kardashian for almost a decade and has three children with her, is seeking treatment at a luxury drug and alcohol rehabilitation center called Cliffside Malibu.
Kardashian didn't leave Disick with much of a choice, as she reportedly threatened to keep their kids away from him due to his drinking problems and constant partying. This marks Disick's fourth stint in rehab. He sought help earlier this year but didn't follow through with the treatment.
According to a source, with Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 10 months, on the line, Disick "wants to make it stick this time because he has come close to losing everything," People reported.
However, the source insisted Disick's move is unrelated to Odom's grave situation. Disick allegedly doesn't even know about Odom's condition because he checked into rehab days before the former NBA player's Tuesday hospitalization and "they don't want it to interfere with his progress."
Disick's latest rehab attempt comes right on the heels of a report claiming Kardashian wants sole custody of the kids and allegedly called him "a drunk mess."
"She thinks he is... not fit to be a parent without supervision," an insider told the magazine earlier this week.
Disick has had a long battle with sobriety and it's caused many ups and downs in his relationship with Kardashian. Things allegedly worsened for the self-proclaimed "Lord" after both his parents died in late 2013 and early 2014.
"He took it incredibly hard and was in a very dark place after it happened," a Disick friend told People, adding that he also became overwhelmed once his third child was welcomed into the world.
Kardashian and Disick split over Fourth of July weekend after he was captured in photos flirting with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo. There have been no signs the reality TV couple will get back together again.
