"Nobody knows anything outside of me and Catherine and the people who are closest to us," Lowe told People after Monday night's Dancing with the Stars performance show, calling the alleged rumors "so ridiculous."

Added The Bachelor star, "Typically, we don't read [tabloid reports], but if we're checking out at the grocery store, we'll see them and we'll flip through and laugh. It's all nonsense. It's all fictional."

In fact, Lowe insisted he and Giudici are "happy and could not be better."

In recent weeks, reports have surfaced claiming the seventeenth-season The Bachelor couple have been arguing in public frequently. Giudici has allegedly been spotted fighting with Lowe over his current Dancing with the Stars gig at show events and her friends have suggested she is lonely and unhappy living in Los Angeles while engaged to a busy, career-driven "diva."

However, Lowe told People that Giudici was definitely onboard with his decision to compete on Dancing with the Stars and she was actually the first person he called about the opportunity.

"I wanted to make sure she was okay with it and she said, 'Absolutely, I'm going to support you,'" Lowe explained. "I couldn't ask for anything better. I couldn't do this without her."

Lowe's professional partner Peta Murgatroyd also came to his defense about Giudici's reaction to his Dancing with the Stars participation.

"I can vouch for that, too. I can really vouch for that," Murgatroyd said.
