Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici just announced a few days ago they're expecting their first child together, and the former The Bachelor star admitted he's partial to one sex over the other.

"I hope I'm half the father my dad is. My dad has shown me how to be a loving, fun, Godly father and now I have the responsibility of being the same kind of dad to my son or daughter," Lowe, 32, began.
"I cannot wait to see Catherine as a mom. I've never met anyone who loves harder than my wife. This baby is going to have a mother who will love her with every ounce of her heart."
Wait. A mother who will love HER?!
"Like most guys, I'm secretly rooting for a boy..." Lowe clarified, "but I know that if we have a girl, she will have me wrapped around her little finger from day one."
The couple has two dogs together and Lowe apparently views them as part of the family.
"Catherine and I can't wait to see our dogs around the baby. We're hoping they have that innate sense to protect the baby and love the baby. Catherine says she just wants to see our boxer Lola snort (which she does constantly) in the baby's face," Lowe joked.
"I think the thing I'm looking forward to most is having the little boy or girl fall asleep on my chest for the first time. Sounds sweet right?"
In addition, Lowe thanked all of his fans for their well wishes and support following his Tuesday pregnancy announcement.
"You have no idea how special you all made that day for us. Catherine and I consider ourselves so blessed to be able to share news of this magnitude with so many people who have been genuinely rooting for us and supporting us since the day we first met," he noted.
Lowe and Giudici, 29, got engaged on The Bachelor's seventeenth-season finale which aired in March 2013. They later wed in a live television special for ABC in January 2014.
Since then, Lowe has competed on Dancing with the Stars and the pair participated in an episode of Celebrity Wife Swap, which Lowe quickly came to regret considering the show portrayed him in an unflattering light. The couple is currently starring on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, which premiered December 4 on WE tv.

However, Lowe and Giudici made it known their marriage was already strong heading into boot camp. They were just open to the idea of strengthening their bond, as The Bachelorette couple Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter had done years before them.
