Selling Sunset star Maya Vander has welcomed a baby girl, her "rainbow baby," with husband David Miller after suffering both a stillbirth and a miscarriage in less than two years.

"Welcome to the world Emma Reign! My rainbow baby!" Maya captioned a photo of Emma and her parents at the hospital on Instagram late last week.
"This was a long 9 months as I kept my pregnancy as quiet as possible from social media."
Maya kept her pregnancy news "quiet" until she was nine months pregnant, when she finally made the announcement she was expecting a baby girl.
"I gave birth a few days ago and words can not express my sense of relief and happiness!" Maya continued in her post, before thanking her doctor and the nurses at Baptist hospital.
"I will forever be grateful. And yes I'm wearing a mask because of course I had the worst cold. But I made it to push a baby with full stuffy nose."
The luxury real estate agent explained to People that she got induced at 37 weeks.
"Given I had my stillbirth at 38 [weeks], my doctor didn't want to take any chances, even monitoring me twice a week towards the end," she explained.
Maya said she had a vaginal delivery, just like she experienced with daughter Elle, 3, and son Aiden, 4.
Maya shared how she had a "fast" recovery with Baby No. 3, except for "one scare" when she was pushing out the baby.
"Her heartbeat dropped... It turned out that the cord was around the neck," Maya explained.
"It was scarier, given my recent loss. My husband was extremely worried, and I was focused on getting her out. My gyno, Dr. Senemar was amazing, as well as the nurses."

Maya and David decided on the name Emma since "it sounds good with Aiden and Elle" and they wanted a "simple and classy" moniker.
"As for Reign," Maya continued of the middle name, "she rules like a queen, and I love that it is a strong meaning; we felt that Emma Reign was perfect for her."
On Mother's Day, Maya gushed about her family on Instagram, writing, "Happy Mother's Day!! So thankful for having my family and having the privilege of being a mom! I want to wish happy Mother's Day to all the amazing moms, to all the moms to be, to the dog/cats moms, stepmoms."
"I also know that this day can be extremely difficult to anyone who has lost their mother and to anyone who was expecting a child & went through a loss. Sending big hugs to you all today," she concluded.
When Maya revealed she was having another baby earlier this month, she told The Sun, "It's exciting, but also this time around I have more fears and more concerns given the last circumstances."
Prior to Maya's latest pregnancy, she and David announced they were expecting their third child back in July 2021.
In December of that year, Maya gave birth to a stillborn, and she confessed to Us Weekly at the time that her family was "devastated" by the loss of their son, whom they called Mason.
"My baby's due date was right around Christmas. This is the best time of the year to celebrate... My husband is heartbroken, and I know I need to be strong for him and for our family," Maya said.

Maya said no one knew or understood why this happened to her family, adding, "I [had] a weekly checkup. I felt less movement a few days prior. I went to a private ultrasound check and everything was fine and looked normal... I delivered a normal baby that looked like he was sleeping. This will chase me forever."
Maya then lost another pregnancy less than six months later in June 2022.
Maya, who was 10 weeks pregnant at the time, shared with Us, "You know, going through a stillbirth at 38 weeks is very traumatic. I know in most of my Instagram posts I look always happy and everything is great -- but at the end of the day it's still a trauma that I'm dealing with every day."
"And you know, pregnancy loss at 10 weeks is also no fun," she continued.
"So I want to take a break, although I cannot take a long break because I'm 40 and I still have to decide what I want to do. I still have that void that I just can't let go, unfortunately."
But Maya remained optimistic she'd be able to expand her family one day.
"The hardest thing is to just say I'm done. I'm still missing that third child and I think unless you're going through this, it's hard for people to understand completely," the Selling Sunset star explained.
"I'm very fertile and, thankfully, I'm lucky in that sense that I can get pregnant easily... If I'm not going to get pregnant naturally, I'm probably going to just let go. But I'm going to try in probably in a few months."
Maya left Selling Sunset after filming the show's fifth season due to her miscarriage and the need to heal privately.
Season 6 of Selling Sunset is set to premiere Friday, May 19 on Netflix.
The new season will reportedly star Amanza Smith, Bre Tiesi, Brett Oppenheim, Chelsea Lazkani, Chrishell Stause, Davina Potraz, Emma Hernan, Heather Rae Young, Jason Oppenheim, Mary Fitzgerald, Nicole Young, and Tarek El-Moussa.
