The ceremony reportedly took place at sunset.
According to People, the wedding will air during the first-season finale of The Shannon Doherty Project.
Scheduled to premiere in early 2012, the tentatively-titled new reality show will air on the WE tv network and focus on the lives of Doherty and her husband.
The nuptials marked the third marriage for Doherty, who has previously had brief marriages to former Dancing with the Stars participant Ashley Hamilton and Rick Salomon.
