"Some days are good. Some days are terrible. Some days you just drift apart for a while but you get back on the horse," Ozzy said, explaining his realistic stance on relationships.
Sharon, who initially announced her split from Ozzy after 34 years of marriage in May, opened up hours later about her love life on The Talk. In the process, she confirmed her marriage is not over.
"Um, 'Get back on the horse,' how dare you? He's such a romantic fool. So romantic back on," Sharon said on her talk show.
"It's been very hard... I shouldn't speak for him but I know he wants to come on [The Talk] anyway and talk for himself to you all. I'm fine with that. He feels he owes everybody here an apology because he's put us all through it."
It's safe to say the Black Sabbath rocker's "apology" will pertain to his alleged affair.
"He's very embarrassed and ashamed about his conduct. Through his shame and embarrassment he finds it hard to get it out. With you guys I think he'll be much better. It will be easier for him to speak," Sharon continued.
"I can't speak for him. But for me, um, yes, you know. I forgive. It's going to take a long time to trust but you know we've been together for 36 years, 34 of marriage, and it's more than half of my life."
Although Sharon has decided to give Ozzy another chance, she won't necessarily make things easy for him.
"I just can't think of my life without him. Even though he is a dog. He's a dirty dog," Sharon noted. "So there we are. He's going to pay big."
Sharon and Ozzy met in the early 1970s. The pair wed in July 1982 and later welcomed three children -- Aimee Osbourne, 32, Kelly Osbourne, 31, and Jack Osbourne, 30.
Everyone in the family, except for Aimee, starred on the MTV reality show The Osbournes between 2002 and 2005. Sharon later judged America's Got Talent from 2007 to 2012.
