Simon Cowell's baby mama Lauren Silverman has reportedly been scandalous even dating back to her high school days.

Lauren, who is allegedly pregnant with The X Factor judge's baby as a result of an "adulterous affair" that ended her marriage to "estranged" husband Andrew Silverman, had a sexual relationship with her married high school English teacher when she was only 16-years-old, The New York Daily News reported.

Lauren, 36, reportedly transferred to a different high school when word got out of her inappropriate affair with Steve Lewis, who was 26-years-old at the time and also served as the junior varsity football coach, which took place at Miami Country Day School in the mid-1990s.

"They were having a two-month sexual affair. Everybody in the upper school knew what was going on. It was a huge deal, especially for a little private school," a former classmate told The Daily News.

"I heard it happened a few times in his classroom after tutoring sessions."

Lauren's mother reportedly found out about the sex scandal and informed the school's headmaster, who then fired Lewis.

"They obviously tried to keep it under wraps, but we went to a very small private school," another former classmate explained to the newspaper. "It's impossible to keep it under wraps."

According to The Daily News, Lewis was a "cool, young guy who everybody liked" and most of his students were upset when he was kicked out of the school.

But surprisingly enough, Lewis' wife Michelle didn't boot him from their marriage.

"He had to leave town because of this bimbo! The only people who know the full details are Steven and the girl. Steven told me they'd asked him to resign," Lewis' father Peter told The Daily News on Sunday.

"I don't know how serious it was... He didn't leave his wife for this girl. No charges were ever pressed."

Lewis and Michelle reportedly moved to Helena, MT, after the incident, while Lauren started over at the University School in Davie, FL.

When news spread of Lauren and Lewis' affair, few people were apparently shocked because of Lauren's reputation at the time.

"It wasn't surprising that it was her," an ex-classmate told The Daily News, adding that Lauren was very beautiful and popular and hung out with the fast crowd. "Lauren was always the scandalous troublemaker, always chasing after older guys."

Andrew, Cowell's former close friend, filed for divorce from Lauren on July 15, citing adultery and naming Cowell a co-respondent, The New York Post reported late last week.

Us Weekly had previously reported Lauren was claiming she had an unhappy relationship with Andrew and had been estranged from him before her fling with Cowell, 53, began.

A recent The Daily News report claimed Cowell was blindsided and "tricked" by the pregnancy, as he only found out Lauren is expecting on July 10. He reportedly never thought his affair with Lauren would get to this point.
